Silke holds a diplom as agricultural engineer in the fields of economic and social science (MSc). She has more than 25 years of professional experience, more than 15 years in technical assistance and value chain development. She has gained profound knowledge as consultant and project manager in Germany, Russia, Albania, Carribbean, Romania, Ecuador and Sambia. She is specialised in farm economics, value chain development and marketing, bufferzone and natural resource management. In addition, she has developed and moderated a lot of strategical meetings and workshops. Due to her experiences as project manager she is very familiar with quality management systems.
