Mr. Hazrat Ali has more than 10 years of experience on different aquaculture projects in Bangladesh and Nepal. His skills included improve productivity systems of smallholder and commercial farmers, entrepreneurship development, value chain analysis, grassroots institution development, effective market linkage to make the system sustainable through Participatory Market Chain Approach (PMCA), sustainability, standard and certification in Bangladesh aquaculture. He has experience of application of both quantitative and qualitative research methods at field level in Bangladesh and Nepal including SenseMaker and Most Significance Change (MSC) stories. He has a good track record of research publications in high quality peer reviewed scientific journals including Aquaculture, Aquaculture Research, Aquaculture Reports, Veterinary and Animal Science.
