Janet Saeni-Oeta is the country lead for WorldFish in the Solomon Islands. With nearly a decade at WorldFish, she has focused on research to support communities in marine environment management. She collaborates extensively with communities, government ministries, and various other partners. Janet holds a master’s degree in environmental management from Lincoln University, New Zealand, and a degree in sociology and marine affairs from the University of the South Pacific, Fiji.
