She is with 10 years’ experience in international development cooperation projects and non-profit sector with a specific emphasis on gender equality, women and youth empowerment in fragile conflict settings. She has been leading the women empowerment working package for empowering women fish retailers EU-funded project since 2021. Menna is certified in research and gender analytics with a wide range of expertise across the fields of ecofeminism, green and blue entrepreneurship and innovation with a proven record in the Middle East and North Africa.
