Currently, I have been mainly working for Aquaculture and some-times have involved in Fisheries Sector as an M&E Coordinator, at WorldFish Myanmar, Head office in Yangon.

My M&E professional progressive work experiences is 7 years with international Non-Government Organization in various works as technically performed in project research, assessment/ survey(Base-end) designed, using PCM and design M&E system/plan base on the project's Log-Frame/Result-Framework, by using monitoring tools/methods as Data Management Information System (Database by protocols) with the purpose of making an accurate data.
