Dr. Nahiduzzaman is an interdisciplinary scientist specializing in fisheries, aquaculture, biodiversity conservation, mariculture, community development, and resilience. He co-manages field programs in significant projects focused on marine conservation, fisheries co-management, biodiversity, community resilience, youth development, and integrated aquaculture-agriculture systems.

Dr. Nahid holds a PhD in Fisheries from Bangladesh Agricultural University and a Diploma in Youth Development Work (DYDW) from the Commonwealth Youth Programme, Commonwealth Secretariat. He has been actively involved in the Enhanced Coastal Fisheries in Bangladesh (ECOFISH) project, which aims to improve the resilience of ecosystems and communities dependent on coastal and marine fisheries.
