Country Director
Victor Siamudaala has 24 years’ work experience that spans across the public sector and international organizations mainly in natural resources management. Victor is the current Country Director for Zambia and Southern Africa. Prior to this appointment he was Country Director for Zambia at The Nature Conservancy; Executive Director for Kavango Zambezi Transfrontier Conservation Area among others. During these years, he has managed diverse donor funded portfolios in wildlife, forestry and fisheries management. His areas of interest on strategy and change management; program design and execution, development of policy and regulatory frameworks and resource mobilization. Others include external affairs and partnerships management. Victor is also a writer and has many journal publications, several book chapters and a book, which he co-authored with two other authors. He likes reading, nature and traveling.
