This is an illustrated guideline created to facilitate the Fish Research Planning, with specific reference to the planning of the Capacity Development Activities (CDAs). The guideline is primarily aimed at scientists with assigned planning responsibility but it can be used by anyone in charge of CDAs, such as Capacity Development Focal Points or supervisors.
