This report summarizes the key outputs produced by the PADTL project between July 2018 and March 2020; outlines the progress made towards achieving major outcomes; and discuses key lessons learned and issues pertaining to sustainability of the outputs produced. Besides, it also highlights key features of the PADTL Phase 2 which has already been approved by the MFAT and project activities will continue until March 2023.
