Context:
A virtual training program will be held to explore a set of innovative solutions, tips, and techniques in exploring the advancement of genetics-improvement of Tilapia by showcasing a set of different case studies.
In this training course hosted by the U. S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC) and the United Soybean Board (USB) in partnership with WorldFish’s Egypt, scientists and academicians will come together to provide experiences for feed management of Tilapia hatcheries and their impact on brooders and seed performance.
WorldFish’s aquaculture scientists and consultants will be participating in training sessions to present many case studies on technologies for optimal Tilapia seed production and water quality management as well as the importance of biosecurity implementation for ensuring quality seed production. Furthermore, exchanging tips, techniques, and good practices tailored for small-scale farmers, producers, and business owners.
