Ahmed Has a research and field experience in Aquaculture. Ahmed started working for WorldFish in 2018 as a research assistant at Youth Employment project in Aswan governorate (YEAG) with many responsibilities that include providing technical support for fish farms in rural areas, establishing and managing small-scale hatcheries, coordinating between fish farms and hatcheries and others.

After YEAG project, Ahmed continued his work as research assistant but in genetics based on his experience in aquaculture and breeding.
