Caroline is an Administrative Officer at WorldFish Zambia office. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Cavendish University. Caroline has has worked in administration, sales and marketing and customer service for 12 years for various International NGOs and other private companies including International Justice Mission, Indufor under the Decentralized Forest and other Natural Resources Management program, Barclays Bank Zambia PLC and TN Medical Support Services. She is currently supporting the following projects in the WorldFish Zambia Office: GIZ Piloting Inclusive Business and Enterprenural Models for Smallholder Fish Farmers Project (IBEMS), AQ TEVET project funded by NORAD, ZAEDP Project funded by AFDB, Fish Innovations Lab Project and Fish for Zambia project.
