Dyna Eam is a community development specialist and a skilled qualitative researcher. He has 15 years of experience supporting community-based natural resource management, climate-smart agriculture, community fisheries, and environmental education programs in Cambodia. He has provided technical support and backstopping on aquaculture and climate-smart agriculture in Cambodia. He currently manages the CGIAR-funded Climate Smart Village project in Battambang province in Cambodia, coordinating collaboration among 4 international organizations and 3 national partners.
