Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist
Innocent Bikara is a Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist with a joint appointment at the International Center for Living Aquatic Resources Management (ICLARM/WorldFish) and the International Center for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas (ICARDA), and is based in Bangladesh. Innocent has worked in M&E units of three CGIAR centers, with roles designed to coordinate and strengthen institutional M&E frameworks and enhance country-level and project-level M&E work in conformity to the institutional M&E frameworks, CGIAR Standards and global best practices. Innocent holds a Master of Science in Agricultural and Applied Economics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation and a Bachelor of Science in Forestry
