Over the 25 years working experience on Statistical Analysis, M&E system and MIS  development and implementation, coordination and management, supervision and negotiation, for the different research and development project/program like; Nutrition ,Livelihoods (Fisheries, Agriculture and livestock) & Food security, and households economic and women empowerment  etc. From November 2007 to June 2010 worked with WorldFish Center as a Data Analyst. More than one and half years from December 2003 to July 2005 worked with WorldFishCenter as a Data Analyst on Community Base Fisheries Management (CBFM-2) project.

About nine years from February 1994 to February 2003 worked with Helen Keller International as a Data Management Officer under Nutritional Surveillance Project-GOB/UNDP/Project and NGO Gardening and Nutrition Education Surveillance Project funded by USAID. Above Six years from June 1987 to February 1993 worked with ICDDRB as a Research Assistant in Mother and Child Health and Family Planning (MCHFP) project.
