Jacqueline Muliro (Jacquie) is the Research Knowledge and Data Manager at WorldFish. She is based in Penang, Malaysia.

Jacquie has extensive professional experience in the areas of Open Science, project management and the development of tools and protocols to support research data management. Previously, she worked for the World Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF) in various capacities with roles, including the management of research support activities and services provided by the Research Method Group, mainstreaming Open Data, and development and provision of knowledge management systems and services. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Management and  BSc in Computer Information System from the United States International University. 

Her interests are in developing and implementing standards to make data and information widely available and accessible.
