I am an Agricultural Economist and currently, working as M&E Coordinator in WorldFish. I have more than 25 years of experience in monitoring & evaluation, research and partnership management.  I have wider exposure in both the qualitative and quantitative research under the intensive guidance of renowned professors from The University of Bath, UK and The University of Cambridge, UK under the Shiree portfolio from DSK, Helen Keller International and WorldFish. I have conducted number of comprehensive baselines, impact evaluations, formative research, quarterly monitoring surveys, nutritional assessment, KAP studies, rapid assessment and many qualitative research focusing aquaculture, horticulture, livelihoods, food security and nutrition. I have analyzed large-scale data-sets using SPSS and other relevant software, and prepared reports such as working papers, bulletins, quarterly, six monthly, annual progress reports, project completion report, news articles/ op-ed, life histories and policy briefs; and presented the findings through meetings, seminars and workshops.
I have also received relevant training on Quantitative and Qualitative Research, Monitoring and Evaluation, Food and Nutrition Security, Making Market Works (M4P), EDBM, Epidemiology and Biostatistics including Use of SPSS for Windows, Logical Framework Approach and Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), Behavior Change Communication (BCC)- Essential Nutrition Actions (ENA), Gender Transformative Approach from renowned organizations in country and abroad.
I have completed my Bachelor in Agricultural Economics from Bangladesh Agricultural University in Mymensingh and my Master of Business Administration (MBA) major in Marketing from Northern University Bangladesh, Dhaka.
