Provincial Coordinator

In 2004, I graduated bachelor degree in Fishery Sciences from Royal University of Agriculture (RUA), Cambodia. In 2013, I graduated master degree major in Integrated Management of Agricultural and Rural Development (GIDAR), Cambodia. 

From 15 July 2012 to present,  I work for WorldFish in the position for Field Coordinator. I am responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of intervention plan for assigned target areas, leading research team of assigned partners NGO to carry out project monitoring and evaluation surveys and managing its agreements, assisting them in developing annual work plans and carrying out progress monitoring ensuring that the project i implemented in line with donor agreement and regularly update the progress of project implementation to project manager.

From 2007 to 2012, I worked for Partnership for Development in Kampuchea (PADEK) organization in the position of Assistant Program Support Officer in charge of fishery. I worked closely with key stakeholders to share lesson learn and new techniques, especially on fish-raising in Cambodia. I was responsible for project planning, monitoring, evaluation of project activities, research new methodology for rural development and appropriate extension. From 2004 to 2007, I worked for Center for livestock and Agriculture Development called (CelAgrid) as Training Coordinator. I was responsible for organizing training facilities with necessary equipment, logistic, manage the budget and reporting to manger.
