The AFRAQ2021 will bring together local and international aquaculture delegates made up of aquaculture researchers, practitioners and decision makers to Egypt, the biggest aquaculture producer in the continent, to accelerate sustainable aquaculture and boost food and nutrition security in Africa.

Co-organized by WorldFish and partners, the conference offers a great opportunity for stakeholders to come together and combine their knowledge and experiences in developing aquaculture research, technology and innovation for Africa, as part of WorldFish’s strategy to boost Africa’s nutrition, food security, income and livelihoods through aquatic food systems.
