Context:

The annual Bel Retiro Roundtable will be organized by the Penang Institute, in collaboration with the office of the Governor of Penang, Tuan Yang Terutama Tun Dato’ Seri Utama Ahmad Fuzi bin Haji Abdul Razak.

This Bel Retiro Roundtable is a signature event conducted under Penang Institute’s Forum for Leadership and Governance (FLAG), gathering prominent thought-leaders, decision-makers, captains of industry, and civil society activists to deliberate on the topic of Penang Beyond 2050 and the livability of Penang.

Looking to the opportunity to share new holistic insights to aid policymaking and broaden public discussions, WorldFish, led by Director General, Essam Yassin Mohammed, looks forward to contributing expertise in Circular Economy and Resource Efficiency, Marine and Aquatic Conservation Technologies, Collaboration and Policy for Green Innovation, as well as the Blue Ocean Strategy in Green Tech.
