On Monday, 1 July 2024, from 10:00 to 11:30 (Chicago local time), WorldFish's science collaborator, Kendra Byrd, in partnership with Alex Tilley, Joctan Dos Reis Lopes, Lorenzo Longobardi, Gianna Bonis-Profumo, Kelvin Mashisia Shikuku, and Katherine Klumpyan, will be part of the discussion on aquatic foods, an excellent source of essential nutrients, including protein, omega-3, vitamins and minerals, to improve the supply and demand intervention for increased household purchase and consumption. The talk will highlight WorldFish's innovative work in inland Timor-Leste as a case study and exemplary model for further scaling to other countries.
