The 8th KIPPRA Annual Regional Conference was organized to bring together state and non-state actors to discuss job acceleration for youths in Kenya, with a focus on the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA).

The conference will be a platform to discuss and explore pathways and opportunities for future jobs for the youth, aligning with Kenya’s and Africa’s broader development agenda of empowering young people for inclusive economic growth.

WorldFish Participation:

• As part of KIPPRA’s mandate, the Institute provides a platform to promote the exchange of views, from soft skills to agribusiness and gender parity, among stakeholders in the Public Policy Space.
• WorldFish, through CGIAR's Science Program on Policy Innovation and Gender Equality and Inclusion Accelerator, will share research insights and policy recommendations on youth employment, gender inclusion, human capital, and emerging agriculture across Sub-Saharan Africa.
