Ms. Majumdar is the Global Communications Lead at WorldFish and brings close to 20 years of experience in spearheading and implementing communications strategies that have advanced missions of international nonprofits, government programs and private sector enterprises. She has worked across diverse sectors of sustainable development, including public health, agriculture, renewable energy, and environment.

Over her career, she has helped organizations boost their brands and effectively engage their stakeholders in 40+ countries through results-driven strategies. Of special note, Ms. Majumdar developed and led communications and knowledge management strategy for a peer-to-peer intergovernmental learning network of 30+ member countries, working toward universal health coverage.

Ms. Majumdar also brings experience in supporting US government’s domestic initiatives, having successfully led projects that developed international trade and advanced the deployment of renewable energy technologies. Prior to joining WorldFish, she was leading Communications for a $170 million USAID pharmaceuticals program.
