Veerinder has over 20 years of international HR experience across diverse sectors.

For the past 15 years she has led HR teams across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the UK in the International development sector. Her roles have included Head of HR at ODI (the Overseas Development Institute), Lumos Foundation, and most recently, WaterAid. Veerinder's proven expertise in developing and implementing robust people and culture strategies has consistently driven organizational success and growth.

A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Veerinder is currently advancing her skills with an ILM qualification in Coaching and Mentoring.
