The Forum for the Future of Agriculture (ForumforAg) is the premiere meeting place in Brussels to debate sustainable agriculture and environmental challenges - where agriculture and the environment meet - to explore the following themes:
1) how we can use technology to better serve biodiversity?
2) how can we act better to improve biodiversity, soil health, and water resilience?
3) how we can afford not to pay the price of change in today’s geopolitical and economic reality?
4) what have we learned from the energy crisis to build a more resilient and sustainable food and agriculture system?
5) how can nature-based solutions drive resilience and sustainability in the food systems and how do we better align incentives to accelerate change?

It is an annual public platform where all voices have an equal say, where luminaries from various leading international institutions, such as the European Commission, the European Council, the European Parliament, OECD, FAO, farmers, foresters, the food chain, NGOs, and businesses. The forum will consist of live broadcasts, moderated panel discussions and dialogues, interactive interventions, networking opportunities, and exhibitions, all live in Brussels and online.
CGIAR's Executive Managing Director, Claudia Sadoff, and Managing Director, Systems Transformation, Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR), and Director General of International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), Johan Swinnen, will participate in panel debates on nature-based solutions in food, migration, climate change.
